This is a 3 hour workshop. The inspiration for this project came from my original Heubach Bell Ringer.

When his stomach is pushed in, the arms go up and down and the bells ring. In the workshop you will make a cute jester costume of pale pink and ice blue silk, make the silk hat and trim both items with rushed ribbon and pom poms.

Learn how to assemble the mechanical body, add the bells to the hands and add your own painted Heubach head or order a painted head to finish your project.
